Nicholas Zachariades has closed in on the Cyprus 1:10 200mm National Championship title after taking yet another win over the weekend with his Mega powered Serpent 720.

Racing at the Daytona track in Nicosia, Zachariades TQ\'d for the event before going on to notch up yet another National victory. It wasn\'t all plain sailing in the final however for the young racer as a mistake saw him loose the lead but a determined recovery drive allowed him to come back to take the victory in impressive style.

Zachariades will lead the Cyprus team at the Serpent Nations Cup in Portugal next month when his country makes its first appearance in the annual team event.
