Fast, faster… The rear exhaust SX-12 pumps out even more power than its side exhaust sister. The brand new crankcase design features an innovative production method that takes internal porting precision to new heights. Includes 5.5mm carburetor.
Adding turbo technology to the rear exhaust .12 has boosted the performance even further. Prepare to want one. Turbo version is not according to IFMAR and EFRA guidelines for the 1/10 200mm Touringcar class.
The SX-12 SE version got even better. Now with improved liner set and slighly modified crankcase. Engine includes 5.5. slide carburetor.
Changes include new piston and liner set (larger outside diameter) and modified porting of both liner and crankcase transfers. Combustion chamber has a larger outer diameter for better heat transfer to the cooling head, which has also been increased from 40 to 45mm.
When this engine hit the racing tracks, the Touringcar class took off. Powerful yet easy to handle and reliable. Meets IFMAR guidelines for the 1/10 scale 200mm Touringcar class. Engine includes 5.5mm slide carb.
