Serpent driver Masao Tanaka was the faster driver in qualifying, as he tq-ed most rounds.
In the end Masao was the driver doing a super 20 lap run, and taking TQ with 966.
Also Serpents Yuya Sahashi with Serpent 966 was in strong contention all week, but fuel consumption and engine set-up prevented a higher ranking.
Tadahiko Sahashi was very fast too, and took 11th time in the end. Matsuda, Serpent 733 revelation at the 2011 WC in USA, is racing 1.8 scale too and managed a 17th spot. Engine issues played a key role, as fuel consumption was key.
Matsuda, the revelation of the 2010 WC in USA, once again showed his great pace with his Mega powered Serpent 733, by taking TQ at the high level Japan Nats.
Team mates Yuya Sahashi with Serpent in 2nd, and Tadahiko in 7th after qualifying.
In the 40 minute final Fukuda was able to take the win, less then 10 sec. ahead of Serpents Takumi Matsuda and in 3rd Yuya Sahashi.
Also Tadahiko made he main final and finished in 9th, making it 3 Serpent 733 in the main, with 2 on the podium, well done !!.

Q: how do you feel after the Worlds ?
A: I had great experiences, and enjoyed it a lot.
I appreciate the people who helped me. I continue practice for

A update about what is going on on the Gulf Coast Raceway in Houston.
The 2010 Serpent Asia Tour 2010, staged in HongKong, Aco track, atttracted close to 150 drivers in 1/10 and 1/8 together, Serpent only !
The event was great with drivers from HongKong, China, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Sweden, Germany and Taiwan attending.
All teams have arrived for the 2009 IFMAR World Championships in Lostallo, Swiss.
At the beautifull track in the mountains of Swiss, around 150 racers will battle for the title.

Team Serpent Sweden driver Per Ola Hard dominated the seventh and final round of the Swedish Cup Series over the weekend taking his 720 08 to TQ honours and race victory.
After an amazing run from the quarter finals and overcoming a lost lap at the beginning of the hour long main final, young Italian Serpent 960 driver Andrea Cristiani has claimed the runner up spot at this years World Championships. Having had to pit early in the race for a tire related problem, caused by contact, Andrea rejoined over a lap down on the rest of the field and set about unlapping himself from the entire field, setting the fastest lap of the race by 2 tenths of a second on his way to 2nd. The Serpent team are at this years 1/8th scale World Championships in Cordoba Argentina and the event has gotten off to a very good start for the team with the first 2 rounds of qualifying complete and seeing 2 Serpent 960s at the head of the field. Overnight pole position belongs to Italian racer Massimo Fantini who set a time of 33L 10:09.45 in his second round of qualifying to go quickest and improve on his first round time by 1 second. Backing up this top result for Serpent is Fantini's team mate Fabio Domanin who pulled a great run out of the bag in the slightly cooler 2nd round to go 2nd...
On April 8th the Suwon circuit played host to the first of five Serpent Korea Cup races which are being support by full size car manufacturer Hyundai Motors.
Attracting 60 racers and organised by Serpent's Korean distributor the race was open to racers of all makes of 1:10 and 1:8 cars who were each given three 5-minute heats and a 30 minute final.
Special guests at the event were the famous Sahashi brothers from Japan along with new Serpent Driver Development signing Nam SangJun.
