Hello Chris,

Great to hear you joined the  Serpent 1/12 scale team

Q: What made you decide doing this ?
A: Serpent cars have always been well designed and engineered.  The S120L
has looked good at every meeting I've seen it at and with more developments
already in the pipeline it was an obvious choice!

Just to get some back-ground info:

Q: when did you start rc racing and with which car
A: I started racing when I was about 11, so about 1995.  I started with a
Tamiya Grasshopper!

Q: how old are you, whats our job and "status"
A: I'm currently 26, single and am an IT Network Manager

Q: what food you like most
A: Italian

Q: what normal 1/1 car you driver ?  and which one would you like to have ?
A: Ford Mondeo Diesel!  Very practical and boring!  I would love to have a
proper sports car like a Caterham.

Q: who is your favourite F1 driver and why ?
A: Lewis Hamilton, his driving style is pretty unique - like my own!  He
also has a background in RC, is still down to earth and spends a lot of time
with his family.

Q: whats you best result ever ?
A: 2010 12th European Stock Champion

Q: which big 1/12 races or series are planned for 2010-2011
A: The British National Championships, European Championships and Ardent
Raceway's winter series.  Possibly some EPS meetings if time allows.

Q:  what equipment are you running for tyres, bodies, electronics and
specials ?
A: I will be running Parma Blackhawk tyres, Parma or Black Art bodies,
Spektrum Radio, GM Electronics.

Q:  whats you opinion on the S120L car so far ?
A: The S120L is a very well designed and well made kit.  The quality of
parts is much better than any 12th scale car I have ever built!  The kit setup is a solid starting point and provides a lot of steering.  My S120 set-up is here: http://serpent.com/product/410003/setups/
