Serpent's all new S400 electric touring car claimed its first International podium finish over the weekend when it made its debut in the Korean Nationals with the car scoring a double podium finish on the tight and twisty GF Raceway track.

In the quality international field which attracted big names such as rc racing legend Atsushi Hara from Japan, Serpent Driver Development racer Nam Sangjoon qualified his S400 in 2nd behind Top Qualifier Hara. Backing up Sangjoon's performance Dutch driver Niels Koenekoop put his example third on the grid.

In the Final the pairing continued to show the speed and potential of the S400 with Koenekoop managing to get past his young team-mate to become Vice-Champion as Sangjoon completed a very successful championship debut for the car by finishing third.

This superb result shows the winning potential of Serpent's first entry into 190mm EP Touring Car competition.

The Serpent S400 is on sale now at your local Serpent stockist.
