WC - Serpent top qualifying after 2 rounds (10/10/2007)

The Serpent team are at this years 1/8th scale World Championships in Cordoba Argentina and the event has gotten off to a very good start for the team with the first 2 rounds of qualifying complete and seeing 2 Serpent 960s at the head of the field. Overnight pole position belongs to Italian racer Massimo Fantini who set a time of 33L 10:09.45 in his second round of qualifying to go quickest and improve on his first round time by 1 second. Backing up this top result for Serpent is Fantini's team mate Fabio Domanin who pulled a great run out of the bag in the slightly cooler 2nd round to go 2nd...
Suwon hosts first round of Serpent Korea Cup (12/04/2007)

On April 8th the Suwon circuit played host to the first of five Serpent Korea Cup races which are being support by full size car manufacturer Hyundai Motors.
Attracting 60 racers and organised by Serpent's Korean distributor the race was open to racers of all makes of 1:10 and 1:8 cars who were each given three 5-minute heats and a 30 minute final.
Special guests at the event were the famous Sahashi brothers from Japan along with new Serpent Driver Development signing Nam SangJun.

The first Serpent Nitro Tour of the 2007 season took place over the weekend in Bangkok, Thailand, with a massive 140 racers taking part in the hugely successful event.

The racers have all arrived and racing is now underway at the 2007 Nitro Tour in Bangkok, Thailand. Present at the event is Michael Salven who as well as being a competitor will also be giving tech talks and helping fellow competitors. We also have our National teams present from Korea, China, Thailand, Singapore as well as Japan, with the Sahashi brothers making the trip to the event.
