The Serpent Cobra S811-Be is the next superbly designed offroad car in the Cobra family. The Serpent Cobra buggy was launched in middle of 2010, followed by the Serpent Cobra-T Truggy in may 2011.
Now World Champion Billy Easton created another masterpiece, based on his longtime experience in top-level offroad racing.
The Serpent Cobra-Be follows the same design philosophy as with the gaspowered Serpent buggy and shares most of the same components as well. The whole central section with battery-slots, esc and receiver holder, servomount and front-mounted motormount, chassisplate, larger wheel-axle...
Billy Easton with Cobra buggy wins semi final ahead of Batlle and also takes victory in the main Final ahead of Battle, Perin and Bianchi. Great race.

Also Battle and Jerome Aigon attend.
Heitor Nogueira became Vice-Champion 2011 in Buggy with Cobra past weekend.
Leading and fighting for the win all the one hour final long, to become 2nd in the end. Very well done.
Heitor also made the Truggy Final with Serpent Cobra-T, but a big crash in the final took away chances for a good result.
Back in October for the Open international South American Champs in Chile, where also Billy Easton will run and support Serpent drivers.

The body is very low and sleek in design, with a new lower rear wingmount and wing ( which also fits Cobra-B and T).
After days of anxious waiting and lack of information, Billy Easton has finally showed up trackside early this morning. The late arrival caused ny numerous mistakes of the airlines and loosing his luggage in the process.
With his late arrival Billy has missed all the practice sessions as well as the qualifying runs. Leaving him with his work cut out for him today. Billy is, at the time of writing, bumping his way up the field from the very bottom of the lower finals.
By the end of this, Billy would've raced literally half of the field of FEMCA 2011. Billy managed a fast lap of 41 seconds...
The FEMCA 2011 race is in the books, and this is one Billy Easton will remember for a very long time.

The Cobra Buggy is now in the market since last year june, and the progress with set-up is excellent. The knowledge database is growing.

Billy Easton is now 11th in Buggy and 22 in truggy. So better set-up and easier driving in Q2 in Buggy, went really well.
Truggy feels excellent to, and next heats will most likely show better pace, as practise showed Cobra Truggy is a on a very fast pace.
