Serpent is a market leading model car manufacturer with nearly 3 decades of experience at the top of their industry, exporting products to over 40 countries worldwide. Currently producing competition gas powered cars for the on road market, Serpent will enter the electric powered market this year with plans for further expansion in the near future. To cope with this growth Serpent are looking for a 2nd Graphic Designer, for an immediate start, to come work in our headquarters close to Amsterdam, in The Netherlands.

The position

As Graphic designer you will work within the marketing team closely collaborating with the current designer. Your tasks would include:

- Help conceive new identities for upcoming products through the creation of logos, designing layouts
- Help to create marketing-plans, introduction schemes
- Prepare manuals, instruction sheets
- Prepare adverts, brochures and leaflets
- Photograph products (video is planned too)
- Update and develop the company website

Your profile

- Around 3 years work experience as a Graphic Designer, working in a creative work environment.
- Excellent conceptual skills.
- Experience in working with printed media, including packaging design.
- Ability to articulate your ideas but at the same time be able to accept criticism, adapt and re create.
- Be able to turn around projects in a timely manner.
- Intimate knowledge of the Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and In-Design. Knowledge of web technologies is a benefit.
- Fluency in the English language.
- An interest and understanding of RC cars is a must.
- Must be willing to relocate to The Netherlands.
